YUCA fries

 

Ingredients:

Yuca, Water, Salt


Cooking Instructions:

Stove Top:

Boil for 15 to 20 minute, allow to cool off and Serve

Caution:

Ice Crystals on frozen foods can cause spattering when added to hot oil.

Tips for Frying with oil:
Do not thaw before frying
Always preheat oil uncovered

Frying Instructions:

1. Preheat cooking oil to 350° F
2. Lower Yuca fries into hot oil
3. Fry for 3-5 minutes
4. Drain on paper towels
5. Serve
Baking Instructions (Recommended)
1. Preheat oven to 375° F
2. Arrange Yuca fries on baking sheet
3. Bake for 20 minutes (flip over Yuca slices if necessary after 10 minutes)
4. Serve

 

 

SPINACH, CHEESE & MUSHROOM EMPANADA

 

Ingredients:

Fillings: Spinach, Mozzarella Cheese (Low moisture part skim mozzarella cheese [Pasteurized part skim milk, cultures, salt, enzymes], powdered cellulose to prevent caking), Mushrooms (Mushrooms, water, salt and citric acid), Canola Oil, Modified Starch, Garlic powder, Salt, Onion powder, Black pepper.

Dough: Flour (Unbleached Enriched Hard wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin (Vitamin B3), Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mono nitrate (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Folic Acid, Butter, Water, Salt, Baking Powder. 


Cooking Instructions:

Set Your Microwave Oven on High

If Frozen:

Remove from package and Microwave for 2 minutes

If Thawed:

Microwave for 35 seconds, Allow to cool off and enjoy

Conventional Oven:

Preheat oven to 350°FBake for 15 minutes
Remove carefully from oven Allow to cool off and enjoy.

 

 

CHICKEN CHIPOTLE EMPANADA

 

Ingredients:

Fillings: Cooked Chicken, Sauce (Water, Tomato Paste (Fresh tomatoes and naturally derived citric acid), Chipotle peppers, Salt, Modified Starch, White vinegar, Cilantro, Cumin, Garlic, Smoke Flavor (water, natural hickory smoke concentrate), Black Pepper, Paprika, Oregano), Onions, Carrots, Monterey Jack Cheese (Pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, potato starch, corn starch and cellulose), Green peppers, Food Starch Modified.

Dough: Unbleached Enriched Hard Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin (Vitamin B3), Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mono nitrate (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin(Vitamin B2), Folic Acid), Butter, Water, Salt, Baking Powder.

Fillings: Cooked Ground Beef, Water, Onions, Garlic, Carrots, Modified Food Starch, Lemon Juice, Canola Oil, Black Pepper, Salt, Chives. 

Dough: Unbleached Enriched Hard Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin (Vitamin B3), Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mono nitrate (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin(Vitamin B2), Folic Acid), Butter, Water, Salt, Baking Powder.


Cooking Instructions:

Set Microwave Oven on High

If Frozen:

Remove from package Microwave for 2 minutes
If Thawed:
Microwave for 35 seconds Allow to cool off and enjoy

Hormone-Free Chicken Wings, Onions, Salt, Black Peppers, Spices

• Heat oven to 350o
• Bake for About 15 minutes
• Or to a temperature of 165o F
• Allow to cool off
• Serve and Enjoy
Microwave:
• Remove from plastic bag
• Place in microwavable container
• Microwave on high for 2 minutes
• Allow to cool off
• Serve and Enjoy

KEEP FROZEN

SAUTE DICED POTATOES

Ingredients:

Red Potatoes, Red Onions, Red Bell Peppers, Green Bell Peppers, Salt, Black Pepper, Spices, Canola Oil.

Cooking Instructions:

Do not thaw.
• Heat skillet with a sprinkle of butter or oil
• Pour content of bag into skillet
• Stir occasionally for about 3 to 5 minutes
• Serve when ready

Frying:
• Remove from plastic bag
• Heat oil to a 350o
• Fry for about a minute
• Remove and place into a strainer
• Allow to cool off
• Serve and Enjoy

Baking:
• Remove from plastic bag and place in baking pan
• Heat oven to 350o
• Bake for 10 to 15 minutes

Allergens: Soy, Milk, Whey

Cooking Instructions:

Do not thaw.

Microwave:
• Remove from plastic wrap
• Do not remove from husk
• Place in microwavable container
• Microwave on high for two to three minutes
• Allow to cool off
