HEARTY RICE MIXES

The most important ingredient in our food is quality.

ZESTY RICE & RED BEANS MIX

Ingredients: Long grained Parboiled Rice, Black Beans, Red Onion Flakes, Tomatoes, Green Onions, Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper 

Cooking Instructions:

Caution:
Gently shake your jar to even the blend.
Some of the smallest particles may have settled at the bottom.

For every cup of Rice mix, use 2 ½ cups or water.

Stove Top:
In a medium saucepan
1. Add a cup of Neilly’s Zesty Rice and Red beans
2. Add 2 ½ cup of water
3. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil or butter (optional)
4. Cook on medium heat for about 20 min or until water is absorbed
5. Remove from stove and fluff with a fork and allow cooling off.
(You may add any cooked protein at this point and stir –chicken, shrimp, etc)
6. Serve

Microwave:
In a microwave safe container
1. Add a cup of Neilly’s Zesty Rice and Red beans

ORGANIC JAMBALAYA RICE MIX

Ingredients: Enriched Long Grain Parboiled Rice (rice, iron, niacin, thiamine mononitrate, folic acid), Tomato Flakes, Onion, Tomato Powder, Garlic, Carrots, Bell Peppers, Canola Oil, Salt, Black Pepper 

Cooking Instructions:

Ingredients: Brown Rice, Tomato, Garlic, Shallots, Carrots, Red Bell Peppers, Green Bell Peppers, Salt, Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions:
Caution:

For every cup of Rice mix, use 2 ½ cups or water.

2. Add 2 ½ cups of water

4. Cook on medium heat for about 30 min or until water is absorbed
5. Remove from stove and fluff with a fork and allow cooling off.

Microwave:
In a microwave safe container
1. Add a cup of Neilly’s Brown Rice
2. Add 2 ½ cups of water
3. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil or butter (optional)
4. Cover and cook on high for 14 minutes
5. Remove from Microwave and fluff with a fork and allow cooling off
Caution: Container will be hot. Handle carefully
6. Serve

JERK RICE & BLACK BEANS MIX

Ingredients: Long Grain Parboiled Rice, Black Beans, Red Onion Flakes, Tomatoes, Green Onions, Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper, Jerk Spices (All spice, Cumin, Cloves, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Thyme and Garlic)

Ingredients: Long Grained Parboiled Rice, Tomato Powder, Sundried Tomato, Onion Flakes, Chopped Garlic Flakes, Red Pepper, Salt, Black Pepper, Spices

For every cup of Rice mix, use 2 ½ cups or water.

2. Add 2 ½ cup of water
3. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil or butter (optional)
4. Cook on medium heat for about 20 min or until water is absorbed
5. Remove from stove and fluff with a fork and allow cooling off.
You may add any cooked protein at this point and stir – sweet plantain cubes, shrimp, Sausage, etc
6. Serve

Stove Top:
In a medium saucepan
1. Add a cup of Neilly’s Yellow Rice
2. Add 2 ½ cup of water
3. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil or butter (optional)
4. Cook on medium heat for about 20 min or until water is absorbed
5. Remove from stove and fluff with a fork and allow cooling off.
You may add any cooked protein at this point and stir – Chicken, Sausage, Bacon, etc
6. Serve

Cooking Instructions:

Stove Top:
In a medium saucepan
1. Add a cup of Neilly’s Cajun Gumbo
