Black Bean Chili

Ingredients

2 cups cooked black beans

½ lb lean ground beef, crumbled

1 cup Neilly’s Cooking Sauce

1 tsp chili powder

½ cup of water

2 tbsp vegetable oil

Salt and pepper

Grated cheddar cheese

Directions

In medium Saucepan heat oil

Stir in Neilly’s Cooking Sauce

Add ground beef

Add salt, pepper and chili powder, simmer 5 minutes

Add black beans

Add water and simmer on medium heat 7-9 minutes

Sprinkle grated cheese and serve. Also can be served over a bed of rice. Serves 4-6.
